Dear Current and Future Customers,

Let me tell you a little something about us (Jeff and Julie). Jeff started out his garage door career by helping his dad do installs on the weekends when he was a teenager. Next, he worked at a distributor and learned everything there was to know about the products. After hours and on the weekends, he was perfecting his craft doing installations. From there, he worked for an installation company for two years. In 2003, we decided it was time to take the plunge. We opened our own business with just a dream and a wish to do the best garage door installation work in the area.

It is amazing how Jeff's mind works. He excels at getting into the why and how things work. This allows him to not just install garage doors to perfection but also be an expert trouble shooter.

2003 was a leap of faith for us. I was in the office drumming up business. He was on the road installing, doing cold sales, and servicing doors. I was a teacher before this, so I had to learn the business. As I got more comfortable, I started installing doors with Jeff. I even have done some installs on my own! I really think that being on the road installing upped my office game. I learned so much. It made me better able to help customers on the phone and in person.

Now, I am running the office and doing all of the sales. When you call me, I want you to feel like I'm chatting with my friends. I want to know about your doggies, grandkids, job changes, etc. I love going out to meet all of you. It is so fun pulling up to an estimate and thinking oh boy I know what would look amazing here! Helping you decide on the best doors for your project and seeing you happy at the end makes my heart so happy.
